I bought a Baseus Type-C Hub on November 25, 2022. The jack input stopped working, so I sent it in for repair on August 21, 2023. I sent the shipping fee using IBAN. I was told I'd be kept in the loop, but I never got any updates. I phoned every week for three months, and every time I was assured I would receive a call back within a week. I never received a call back.

After I managed to reach someone, they informed me that the device was under warranty and the damage was not my fault. I was informed that I would either get a replacement or an upgraded model for an extra charge. But when I called back to see how my repair was going, they said it was my fault and I wouldn't get a replacement. I wasn't informed that the device had been sent back to me.

I am extremely let down by the customer service I got from Baseus. I want my issue fixed and I want a new device.
