Vodafone Sells Defective Smartphone

13

I've filed a complaint against Vodafone for selling me a defective phone. The device heated up upon arrival, and while attempting a software update prompted by a notification, it abruptly shut down and displayed a 'support restore' error. Frustrated, I returned the device for a refund, but they have failed to process the return for the past three months, causing significant inconvenience. I've even paid three months' worth of phone bills for a phone I've never used. Despite the fact that the device was not in use, they demanded that I delete my iCloud account before returning it. On August 8, 2023, 13 days after returning the phone with a return code on July 27, 2023, I received a message from Ouno authorized service stating that there is a 22570 TL charge due to alleged impact-related damage. I deny any responsibility for this problem. Either resolve this internally, refund my paid bills, and complete the return, or I'll file a lawsuit and make my complaints public on all platforms.
