I signed up for Badoo and immediately purchased a one-month Premium subscription. However, the next day, I noticed that my account was no longer active.

Even though I never matched or messaged anyone, my account was suddenly blocked, and Badoo provided no explanation. On top of that, they refused to issue a refund for the unused Premium subscription. I reached out via email, but they didn’t even bother to respond with a proper reason.

Badoo, I demand an immediate refund or a reactivation of my account. Blocking users without cause and keeping their money is unacceptable. Fix this issue now!
