Peg Perego Primo Viaggio SL Car Seat Padding Deteriorated After 1 Year
I purchased a Peg Perego Primo Viaggio SL car seat – stroller model from the Baby Mall store in Istanbul. About a year after I started using the product, all of the padding on the seat deteriorated and turned into dust. My child is now 3 years old, and this issue appeared only one year into using the product.
When I contacted Peg Perego regarding this matter, they offered to sell me the same product again for 4,800 TL. I believe this is not just a problem I experienced personally, but a general manufacturing defect.
I demand that my issue be resolved by replacing the product with the same model free of charge. A child’s health cannot be treated this cheaply.
