Columbia T-Shirts Faded After First Wash Despite High Price

For years, I have chosen the Columbia brand because of its durability and comfort. Over the past year, I purchased several t-shirts from the Columbia store at Istanbul Viaport Mall, paying around ₺8,000 in total. However, starting from the very first wash, I began experiencing serious color fading and quality issues with all of the t-shirts I purchased. The fact that every single product had the same issue left me very disappointed.

Until now, I had not contacted customer service because I trusted the quality of the brand. However, after this negative experience, I feel that Columbia no longer offers any difference compared to ordinary brands. As a long-time customer of your brand, I request that the defective products be replaced with new ones.
