Azimuth Airlines Charged Exorbitant Baggage Fees

I bought a ticket from Azimuth Airlines for a round trip between Istanbul and Moscow. When I got back, they wouldn't let me check in my two toy cars because they said I didn't have any baggage allowance. They made me pay 15,000 rubles for it. I had only 4,000 rubles in cash and couldn't use my credit card because the Russian government had restricted it. They really messed me up, making me feel so frustrated and negative about what happened.
