On 8 November 2025, I noticed that an amount of 1,180.55 TL, split into three instalments, had been charged to my Denizbank credit card by Axa Sigorta without my knowledge or consent. I have not submitted any insurance application related to this transaction, I have not given any approval, and I have not signed any policy. As soon as I realized this, I called Denizbank and filed a transaction dispute, and the bank gave me the contact number of Axa Sigorta. Afterwards, although I called Axa Sigorta many times, I could not reach any authorized person, and I was also unable to access any policy or contract information issued in my name through their digital channels. Due to this transaction carried out without my consent, I request that the total amount charged to my credit card, including all instalments, be cancelled and fully refunded to me. I also request a clear and written explanation of the basis on which this transaction was carried out and which so‑called policy it is allegedly linked to. In addition, I would like to state that I will submit the necessary complaints regarding this unauthorized transaction to the relevant official authorities and that I will pursue legal action and lodge a formal complaint against those responsible for this transaction.
