AXA Stole ₺3,000 From Me for Unwanted Insurance!
Without my knowledge or consent, Axa charged ₺3,000 to my credit card for insurance that I did not request or want.
Here's what happened:
A Denizbank employee convinced me to apply for a credit card, saying that I could always choose not to use it.
After the credit card was approved, I noticed that ₺3,000 had been charged to my account.
Upon further investigation, I discovered that Axa had charged me for a credit card and phone insurance policy.
I was shocked and angry that this had happened without my knowledge or consent.
I have tried to contact Axa to resolve this issue, but I have been unable to get through to anyone.
I am requesting that Axa:
Immediately cancel the insurance policy and refund the ₺3,000 charge to my credit card.
Provide me with an explanation of how this unauthorized charge occurred.
Take steps to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future.
My policy number is 471618426 and my phone number is 553 *******55.
I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
