Axa Health Insurance: Unreasonable Price Hike for Adding Newborn
We will complete the third year of our family's Axa supplementary health insurance. We recently had a newborn daughter. Thankfully, we don't have any issues with treatment, but when we wanted to include her in the policy, they said they could add her with a fifty percent increase compared to two months ago. They don't provide much explanation, especially regarding price differences. In other words, if you're compelled, you'll have to pay this price. I don't accept this situation. There shouldn't be such a pricing policy. I've trusted this insurance company for three years, and I've been with the same company. They will soon ask for a lifelong renewal; let's see what they'll say then. I've lost my trust, and if possible, I will switch and lodge my complaint with the relevant authorities.
