I have had Axa Complementary Insurance for 2 years, and this year would have been my third. However, my premium, which was ₺15,709 last year, has shockingly increased to ₺55,955 this year, a staggering 260% rise. I find this to be an unfair and inexplicable profit-driven hike. Over the past year, like many others, I visited a doctor due to illnesses but did not undergo any surgeries or face a severe or dangerous disease. Despite being a loyal policyholder for years and not someone new to the system, this sudden increase feels unjustified. I do not understand the motive behind such a drastic rise, but Axa has truly let me down. This is unacceptable and highly disappointing.
