Avis Rental Car Had Faulty Air Conditioning During Las Vegas Trip
On 5 June, I rented a Renault SUV from Avis in Las Vegas and noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. Throughout the rental day, the AC had very weak airflow and could not cool the vehicle effectively, which made driving uncomfortable, especially given the weather conditions. I used the car for one day in this condition and unfortunately did not report the problem to the branch at the time of rental or return. However, I still believe that a vehicle with such an important comfort feature not functioning properly should not have been delivered to a customer. In light of this, I kindly request a refund for this rental, as I was not able to benefit from the service in a comfortable and proper way due to the weak AC. I would appreciate it if my complaint could be reviewed and an appropriate solution provided.
