Avis Car Rental's Last-Minute Cancellation Ruins My Holiday Plans

I made a reservation at the Avis branch in Agri 16 days before the Eid al-Adha holiday, but the branch had to cancel it 3 days before I was supposed to pick up the car. Their point? They said that the person who rented the car kept it longer than they had planned. There were no apologies at all. People won't trust you if you won't take reservations when people want to keep their rentals longer. Even though I called their customer service hotline several times, I got no response and my problem was not fixed. I couldn't find a car anywhere because of the holiday, and my vacation plans fell through because I trusted Avis. I will never, ever again go to an Avis location. The way they don't care about their customers and how unhappy they make them is just not acceptable.
