Avatrade - Unauthorized Deduction of Bonus from IB Account

I was working as an IB at Avatrade with a 30% spread agreement. However, the bonus given to the client was deducted from my account, causing it to go into negative balance. As you can see in the photo, I later learned that I have friends who have PNL agreements in this area. Meaning, when an investor comes and invests and loses, they take 30% of the loss.
When I mentioned this, they say, 'This person has been working with us for years, bring 1 million more, and we'll talk to you too' or 'Bring more portfolio, let's increase the spread'.
When I refused to give a bonus, they replied, 'If clients don't get bonuses, their performance will drop, and your agreement will drop too'. The company that makes agreements on losses just because they bring a lot of money, and since there is no one else who speaks Turkish other than ***, I cannot communicate with the institution.
I am very disappointed with Avatrade's practices and the lack of transparency in their IB agreements. The unauthorized deduction of bonuses and the unfair PNL agreements are unacceptable. I urge Avatrade to review their policies and ensure fair treatment of all IBs, regardless of the volume they bring. As a Turkish-speaking IB, I also request better communication channels to address my concerns directly.
