Audi A8L Stuck in Service for Over 2 Months — Still No Solution

Our Audi A8L broke down approximately two months ago, and we delivered it to the authorized Audi service center. Despite being a premium, protocol-level vehicle, it has been in the service center for over two months and still has not been returned.
The reported issues—such as problems with the EGR system and the particulate filter—are basic technical faults, yet even after this long period, the service center has failed to provide a permanent solution. This situation has raised serious concerns about the brand’s technical competence and the organization of its service network.
Throughout the repair process, we were repeatedly told that the parts were being awaited from abroad or that Doğuş Otomotiv had not yet approved the repair, but we were never given clear or reliable updates.
Furthermore, Asil Otomotiv previously claimed the vehicle was repaired and returned it to us about a month ago. However, the same malfunction reappeared shortly afterward, forcing us to return the car to the service center once again. Despite this, no lasting fix has been provided, and our grievance continues.
Our vehicle is covered under Audi’s goodwill warranty, and all maintenance has been performed at authorized Audi service centers. We have paid for both parts and labor. Nevertheless, we have been deprived of our vehicle for an excessive period, and the replacement vehicle provided is far below our car’s class and does not meet our needs.
We expect Audi to permanently resolve the technical problems with our vehicle and to compensate us for the inconvenience we have endured. The repeated failures, lack of communication, and extended delays have seriously damaged our trust in the brand.
We kindly request that this matter be urgently addressed and resolved.
