Zara Has Not Delivered My Order for Over 15 Days Despite Multiple Complaints
Despite filing two complaints, I still haven't received any results! One of the packages from our Zara order was supposed to arrive between January 21-24, 2025, with tracking number 23586268865900100036. However, the package is still shown as being at your Bayrampaşa distribution branch. What is the current status, and when will it be delivered to us? Has the investigation process been completed? It has been more than 15 days, so why hasn’t there been any resolution? I am requesting the products I ordered. Isn’t it unacceptable that there has been no outcome until now?
