Asus Turkey Technic Support Problem for Tuf F15 Laptop

I purchased an Asus Tuf F15 laptop from Asus, but the Wi-Fi card had severe issues. When I reported this to technical support in Turkey, they simply reset the computer and returned it to me. I sent it for warranty service four more times, but each time, despite my insistence on a hardware problem, they mocked me and once again reset the computer. I have filed a complaint against your company in Turkey, and I cannot recommend Asus to my relatives.
