On December 29, 2025, I purchased an Asus ROG Strix SCAR G635LX-RW141W Gaming Laptop from Vatan Bilgisayar, paying a very high price. I chose this high-end computer because I trusted the brand and the model, but from the very beginning, the graphics card driver has not been functioning properly. Since the system does not recognize the graphics card driver, the computer behaves like a basic, outdated device rather than a premium gaming laptop.
I noticed the issue clearly when I tried to launch the game Age of Empires. I attempted to install NVIDIA Control Panel, but it would not open. I also tried updating the drivers on my own, but none of these attempts worked. It is unacceptable that I have to troubleshoot and fix core drivers on a brand-new device that I purchased as new.
When I contacted Asus customer support, I was told to format the system and reinstall the operating system. I followed these instructions, but the issue still was not resolved. Additionally, despite living in a major city like Antalya, there is no authorized Asus service center nearby, which means I must ship the device by cargo. I was also informed that even opening a service request would take two days. For such an expensive, high-end computer to be sold without proper quality control—and then to place this much burden on the customer afterward—has caused me serious inconvenience.
The serial number of my device is T4NRKD006290157. I am requesting that Asus urgently resolve the graphics card driver issue on this brand-new product and ensure that all necessary updates and technical procedures are completed by your team so that the computer is delivered in a fully functional, performance-ready condition.
