While using my Asus ROG Strix G614JV laptop, I started experiencing sudden black screen issues at random times, and shortly afterward, white pixels began appearing in the corners of the screen. This problem has been ongoing for approximately 10–15 days. As soon as I noticed the issue, I sent the device to the KVK technical service center in Çankaya, Ankara. The service informed me that the motherboard had been replaced and returned the device to me; however, after receiving it back, I saw that the same problems were still occurring.
Even though my device is still under warranty, the fact that the issue was not resolved despite a motherboard replacement has caused me serious inconvenience. I need to actively use my laptop for gaming, work, and daily tasks, but due to this issue, I can no longer trust the device.
I am requesting that Asus and KVK technical service urgently provide a permanent fix for my computer, or, if this is a chronic issue, replace my device with a new one. I ask that the necessary inspections be carried out and that my situation be resolved as soon as possible. If required, I can also provide the invoice and the service record/tracking number from KVK.
