Asus ROG Strix G614JI Warranty Attempts Failed — Requesting Replacement
I have had to send my Asus ROG Strix G614JI laptop in for warranty service three times in about four months, and none of my issues have been fully resolved. I purchased the product from the Teknorya store at Teknosa.
First, on September 3, 2025, I sent it in due to a processor overheating problem, but that issue was not fixed.
Then both fans started having problems, so I sent the product in a second time. This time only one of the fans was repaired, while the other remained faulty when it was returned to me. Within less than three weeks after I received the laptop, key detection problems began on the keyboard, and soon after that the screen cracked.
When I sent it in for the third time, we specifically discussed that the fan and keyboard would be covered under warranty and that the screen would be repaired for a fee. Despite that, I was charged 6,652 TL for the screen repair, and I also spent about 500 TL on shipping. When the device arrived today, I saw that no improvements were made to the fan or keyboard, and this time the speaker only produces sound from the left side. On the first service attempt, KVK Technical Service handled the repair, and on the next two, Teknoser Technical Service did the work. I have a service record with the number TRB4T. C. 0682.
Despite sending the device to service three times in a short period, paying a high screen repair fee, and covering shipping costs, my problems have not been resolved—and I keep encountering new malfunctions. Because of this ongoing defective product, I have been seriously inconvenienced.
For this repeatedly failing device, I am requesting an exchange for a new laptop of the same or a higher model. I also want the screen repair fee I paid and my shipping costs refunded to me.
