Asus ROG Strix Dead Pixel Problem
I bought an Asus ROG Strix laptop seven months ago. The laptop's screen recently stopped working and displayed nothing. I immediately sent it to warranty services, and they repaired it. However, when I received the laptop, there was a dead pixel on the newly installed display panel. There was no such problem when I first bought the laptop. Unfortunately, the warranty services did not adequately address this issue, claiming that it did not exist. Asus, in my opinion, should not sell any laptop with such a flaw, and it is disappointing that they did not take my concerns seriously.
I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. The result was a decision for product replacement or a refund. You can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee without hesitation.
