Asus Refuses to Replace or Sell a Battery for My 5 Year Old Laptop
The battery of my Asus laptop, which I purchased 5.5 years ago, stopped holding a charge. I wanted to replace the battery at the service center for a fee, but they said it was not possible. Since the product is over five years old, they claimed they could no longer provide service. I then tried to buy an original battery, but they refused to sell one, leaving me with no viable solution. It is frustrating that a company of this scale does not offer basic support for its older devices. I am shocked by this service approach. Does the product become useless after five years? My laptop is still functional, yet I cannot use it simply because they refuse to replace the battery.
