There is a “chronic” keyboard wear problem in the Asus 2021 series laptops. This problem is so advanced that if you put a keyboard from the 2000s that you found in the trash on a high-end laptop, it would be in better condition. All the keys on the keyboard have a wear problem. On top of that, the keys started to break. It’s completing its 2nd year. Asus technical service evaluated this as a user error and asked me for 1600₺ and lied to me while looking into my eyes that there was no “chronic” problem. ASUS’s peripherals were already bad. But I didn’t think their laptops were this bad. I will never buy ASUS again, I will not let anyone buy it. Thank you for making my laptop look terrible in front of my friends and teachers at university. This problem started when I first bought the laptop, close to completing its 1st month, and now the keyboard is in an unbearable state. Yes, I have been dealing with ASUS TECHNICAL service since the 1st month and they did not help at all. They made a disgusting confession that I was the source of the problem. Shame on them.
