Asos Returned My Shoes Before Delivery and Gave No Real Customer Support
I bought a pair of shoes from Asos, and before they even came I received an email informing me they had been returned an...d a refund would be granted. Apparently, the reason was that my address—one I had used innumerable times without any problems—was noted as "incomplete." This utterly made no sense.
