Asics Gel-Nimbus 25 Upper Fabric Worn Out Within 8 Months

I purchased the Asics Gel-Nimbus 25 TR on March 27, 2023, and within a few months, the upper part of the shoe started to tear. By December 14, 2024, I sent the shoes to Asics customer service for analysis (Form No: 1-2174). However, they claimed there was no manufacturing defect.

The shoes are now heavily worn both on the upper section and inside, despite being used solely for sports. It’s disappointing that a sneaker from such a reputable brand has become unusable in just eight months.

I request Asics to reevaluate the issue and take action to replace or compensate for the product. Otherwise, I will no longer trust or support the brand. Please address this matter promptly.
