I purchased a pair of Asics sports shoes on February 24, 2024, expecting quality and durability. However, in less than a year, the inner lining started tearing, despite the fact that I did not wear them daily.
I sent them in under warranty, but Asics refused to acknowledge the issue, claiming it wasn’t their fault. A shoe that tears so quickly under normal use is clearly a manufacturing defect, not user error.
Asics should stand by their products, yet they are ignoring customer complaints and leaving buyers with faulty shoes. I demand a proper resolution—either a replacement or a repair. Asics, take responsibility and fix this issue!
Asics shoes are a complete regret, a brand that does not stand behind its products and victimizes people. The quality of the shoes, which are put on sale at a high price, is much worse than ordinary shoes. It is a brand that cannot even be considered as a price-performance product.
