Asics Tennis Shoes Wore Out Too Quickly – SPX Refuses to Take Responsibility

I purchased an Asics tennis shoe from SPX, and despite only wearing it 20-25 times exclusively on the court, the sole has torn apart. I sent it in for an inspection, but they blamed it on user error.

I genuinely want to know how I could have caused holes under the big toe area just by playing tennis. This is clearly a product defect, and I refuse to accept this unfair response. I will also be reaching out to Asics Global to escalate the matter.

This issue will not go unresolved. I expect SPX and Asics to take responsibility and provide a fair resolution—either a refund or a replacement.
