Asics Shoes Tore After 1 Month – Warranty Denied Without Proper Inspection


I purchased a pair of Asics shoes from their website, and within just one month, a piece tore off the side. I wore the shoes no more than five times. When I contacted customer service, I was told to send them in for inspection. However, they returned the shoes without notifying me, claiming the damage was "user error."
How can shoes that have barely been used fail like this? I’ve worn other brands for years without any issues, and now Asics is blaming me for poor quality. They even suggested cleaning caused the damage, which makes no sense—what kind of cleaning could harm a brand-new shoe?
Customer satisfaction seems to mean nothing to Asics. I expected better from a brand of this stature. Asics, you need to reassess this claim and resolve the issue promptly. Stand behind your product quality!
