I purchased Asics professional tennis shoes for my son, a performance tennis player, trusting the brand’s reputation. Despite being used exclusively on the court, the fabric and rubber components began to deform within just 1.5 months. I returned the shoes to the store for inspection, and after two weeks, the response was that the damage resulted from "user error."

How can a professional tennis shoe, designed for the sport, deteriorate so quickly and be blamed on the user? The issue lies in the poor material quality. A globally renowned brand charging thousands for its products should offer durability, especially for performance athletes. I demand Asics re-evaluate the inspection and address this issue promptly. This is unacceptable!
