ASICS NYC Gel Shoe Tore After 10 Months of Normal Use

I purchased a pair of brown ASICS NYC Gel sneakers from Marlin through the N11 app. I bought the shoes on July 12, 2025, for $90 and used them normally for approximately 10 months. After this period of normal use, the shoe developed a tear around the Achilles tendon area on the right side.

I contacted N11 to report the issue and requested that the shoes be evaluated as a defective product and replaced. However, my request was denied. I do not consider it acceptable for the shoe to develop this type of tear after such a relatively short period of normal use.

I request that the shoes be inspected under the applicable warranty and consumer protection regulations, that they be recognized as a defective product, and that the product be replaced.
