My Asics Sneakers Torn After Only Three Uses

I purchased a pair of Asics sneakers approximately 1.5 years ago through Trendyol during a sale. I kept them unused in my closet until last month when I decided to start wearing them. To my shock, after only three uses in mild spring weather, the mesh material tore completely, rendering them unusable by the fourth wear.
I’ve always associated Asics with quality, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I used the shoes in regular conditions without any strenuous activity or rough handling that could cause such damage. I consulted with repair shops, but the cost of fixing them is exorbitant, and frankly, I question why I should bear this expense.
A sneaker, especially from a reputed brand like Asics, should last far more than just three uses. I request the company to address this issue promptly, either by offering a replacement or repair under warranty. A product’s lifespan should reflect the quality and trust that a brand like Asics promises to its customers.
We spoke with the seller company through Trendyol. I sent the product for inspection, and they contacted me after receiving it. They had a conversation with me saying that the product's quality, material, etc., had been checked, and there was no issue with our product. So, what is the problem? What is the solution? They packaged the product and sent it back to me. Can a shoe get into this state after being worn 3 times? Do you think this is normal? I didn't play a football match. I didn't climb mountains or hills. I walked straight and wore the shoes only 3 times. I didn't even run. Just straight walking. I wore them to work, sat for 9 hours during my shift, and came back home. In total, the shoes probably didn't cover 5 km. Asics is now very clearly out of my life! Believe me, I especially explain this situation to my surroundings every time. Disgraceful!
