My Asics EX89 Sneakers Developed Cracks and Tears

On 28/02/2024, I purchased a pair of Asics EX89 sneakers from the Asics seller on Trendyol. after I began using the product for about 16 months, cracks appeared on the upper leather and tears developed in the inner fabric (photos are attached). I contacted the seller via Trendyol. The seller informed me that I could return the product for inspection within 2 years. I sent the product, but the inspection result was negative, and it was determined that the issue did not originate from the manufacturing process. However, the product was damaged after a period of normal use, which is unacceptable for an item expected to withstand regular usage. Therefore, offering a 2-year inspection period but not honoring the product afterward is contradictory. I request that the purchased product be refunded.
