My Asics Novablast 4 Sole Fell Apart in 6 Months Despite Only Indoor Use

I purchased the Asics Novablast 4, expecting premium quality from a brand that charges ₺7,200 for a pair of shoes. I only wore them indoors—on wooden floors and inside a closed gym—never outdoors, never under harsh conditions. Yet, after just six months, the outsole started falling apart. The material has broken down far too quickly for a shoe marketed as performance-grade.
I can’t understand how a product at this price point could degrade so fast with such light use. This level of wear and tear is completely unacceptable. If the shoe is still under warranty or qualifies for inspection, I would like to send it in for evaluation. I’m calling on Asics to take responsibility for this defect and offer a refund or replacement. I trusted the brand, but right now I feel let down and disappointed. Please resolve this promptly.
No one from the company called me. The call center says you bought it from our Trendyol store, so create a return there, but Trendyol says I can't give a return code after 6 months. The big Japanese shoe company turned out to be worse than the local shopkeepers. It's as if the call center doesn't know that Trendyol won't create a return code. I hope the Turkey distributor changes hands.
