ASICS Nimbus-26 Shoes Developed a Sole Puncture but My Complaint Was Rejected

Five months after purchasing my Asics Nimbus-26 shoes, a puncture appeared on the left sole. Since I bought them from Boyner, I sent them in for review through their channel. While submitting the shoes, I mentioned that I am an amateur runner and provided detailed usage records from the Asics Runkeeper app. After 10 days, the shoes were returned with a rejection letter stating there was "no manufacturing defect." When I contacted customer service, I received no answers to my questions other than "no manufacturing errors were detected" and "you may have chosen the wrong size." From the photo I included in my complaint, it is clear that I did not select the wrong size, as the shoe’s shape was not deformed in any way. Additionally, it is unreasonable to assume I would continue wearing the wrong size for five months. On sikayetvar.com, there were already 32 separate complaints specifically about Nimbus models before I posted mine. When reviewing these and other complaints, it becomes evident that the Nimbus-26 series has a chronic issue with punctures. Yet, customers are told it is user error, even though these shoes are sold as high-end products for professional or semi-professional runners, with prices ranging from ₺6000 to 8000. I am left wondering if this issue is unique to Nimbus-26 models sold in Turkey or if it is a global problem with the Nimbus series.
