Asics Gel-Nimbus 26 Shoes Fall Apart In a Short Time
Asics Gel-Nimbus 26 professional (!) running shoes fell apart in 1 year. The Asics brand shoes I mentioned in the title fell apart in exactly one (1) year. However, this brand sells by stating that it is designed for long distance runners in professional athletics, not just for those who run 20K a week like me. When I sent the product to Asics company for examination, the brand unfortunately informed me that this defect was not a defect caused by production or material, so the customer service informed me that they concluded the product examinations negatively. Are these shoes really produced for 1 year of use when sold for 8 thousand? We do not buy shoes for 1 year of use, they think that we put nails in our shoes and run. I wonder how this could be a user error. Asics brand shoes will never use again.
Dear Asics, You have re-examined my complaint, but once again you have determined that there is no manufacturing defect with the product. Did you find a problem with my feet as the user? Honestly, your product and brand quality are quite low. It is also shameful to mock the Turkish people with professional shoe advertisements. I would like to emphasize again: how can these professional shoes, which are used only for running, be considered user error? What exactly are you referring to as my user error? Is it the length of my toenails? You should know that you can't run like that; did I cut the shoes myself? Why would I harm myself? I reiterate that Asics brand shoes should never, ever be used.
