I purchased three bottles of Argivit Smart Syrup. The taste is extremely bad, and there are brown particles inside the product. We have used Argivit Smart Syrup before and never experienced anything like this. The bottles we bought from Hepsiburada five days ago have the marking “08.26/2803. 2-2,” and all bottles from this batch have the same issue. I cannot get my children to drink it.

My order number is 443 713 396 3, and the seller is the Vitaminsbeauty store. Since the bottles were opened, Hepsiburada rejected my return request. I tried to contact Argivit customer service, but their phone line is unavailable, and their emails are not being delivered.

I request that the products be inspected by the authorized units and that the defective bottles be replaced.
