On September 3, 2025, I purchased a bottle of Argivit Immun C from Çeker Pharmacy in Şehitkamil, Gaziantep. When I lightly shook the bottle and opened the cap, it began to foam and overflow in an acidic way, which immediately seemed abnormal. After tasting it, I also noticed a strong acidic flavor that clearly did not match my previous experiences with this product.
The bottle I bought has an expiration date of 01/2027 and a batch number of 25034002. I have used Argivit products before and never encountered anything like this. The condition of this bottle makes me believe there is something wrong with the product, whether it’s a storage issue, contamination, or a production fault.
I paid ₺600 for this item and I am extremely disappointed. I am requesting that this bottle be replaced immediately with a proper product and that the manufacturer investigate this issue. Customers need to feel confident that supplements for their health and immunity are safe, consistent, and free from defects.
