Arçelik 270531 Refrigerator "door open" Warning

Last month, my Arçelik 270531 refrigerator started giving false "door open" warnings despite being closed. We called for service, and they provided a temporary fix. However, 10 days later, I experienced both cooling issues and door open warnings again.
We called for service once more, and they said the card needed replacement. They returned a week later to change the card. Yet another week passed, and the cooling and sound warning problems persisted.
I've scheduled service appointments four more times since then. On July 18, they came and claimed to fix it by pressing some buttons, saying a part replacement would be necessary. The refrigerator stopped working again that evening. On July 22, they replaced another part, but it broke down again by evening.
In total, they've visited seven times, and the problem still persists. This situation has become increasingly frustrating and inconvenient. At this point, I'm requesting a replacement for the refrigerator.

Arçelik demonstrated the value of being a corporate entity by replacing the refrigerator that couldn't be repaired with a new one. I thank them.
