Arçelik Delayed Fan Motor Repair and Left My Fridge Not Cooling

My Arçelik G91626NE refrigerator has not been cooling for about two weeks. When the problem occurred, I immediately contacted the authorized Arçelik service, and they came to inspect it. They determined that the fan motor was faulty, but the required part has still not been supplied. I have not been given any timeline or date for when the part will arrive. Communication between the service team and the call center is extremely poor. When I try to reach the service, I can usually only speak with the front desk lady, and no one else takes responsibility. With the call center, I can never speak to a higher-level representative; instead, I am repeatedly dismissed with standard responses, and no solution is offered. The service does not provide clear information on whether the part has arrived, while the call center claims one part was sent and others are pending, yet I cannot get details on which parts these are. This lack of communication worsens my situation. My refrigerator is still under warranty, and I am facing the risk of food spoilage. I urgently request the replacement of the faulty part and a resolution to my grievance.
