Arçelik 570475 EB Refrigerator Issue – Still No Fix After Weeks


My Arçelik D70505N refrigerator has not been cooling for a long time, and I have created many service requests because of this. The service appointments were constantly postponed without notice to after 5:00 p.m. When the team finally arrived, they opened one section of the fridge, poured water inside, and left without even checking if it worked, simply saying, “It will start working in half an hour, if not, call again.” When it still did not work, I requested another appointment, but a few days later they only called to ask, “What’s wrong with the fridge?” After I explained that the problem continued, they said they would order a part and bring gas. I waited for days, but when they came, they brought nothing and just repeated that they would order a part. Throughout this entire process, my problem was never resolved. I requested a replacement, but the call center told me, “Your replacement request was denied, your fridge will not be changed.” Later, the motor was replaced for the second time, and they said, “Plug it in after six hours and it will work,” but again, the fridge did not work. Then they said it would be taken to the workshop and I would be updated in three days, yet it was only returned six days later. When we opened it to clean, we saw that the fridge was damaged. I had sent it intact, but it was returned broken. When I called the service again, they admitted, “It broke while we were working on it, we will order a part.” Later, when we opened the freezer to clean, we discovered that it was also broken, and again they said, “Send us a photo, we’ll order a part for that too.” Each time they told us, “Plug it in after six hours, and it will cool,” but now even the freezer, which at least worked a little before, no longer works at all. I ask, how long will this grievance continue? I cannot accept that a refrigerator I sent in good condition was returned damaged without informing me. My fridge still does not cool, and I am still suffering from this problem. On top of that, this time they even damaged my fridge. I urgently demand a full replacement. I once loved this brand, but now it has made me hate it. Is this what customer satisfaction means? My fridge does not cool at all, and the service now says there is a one-month waiting time. I urgently request a replacement.
