New Arçelik Dishwasher Doesn't Dry Dishes - Can I Return It?

I am not at all satisfied with the new Arçelik dishwasher I bought. The dishes are not drying. I carefully unload the dishes with a towel in my hand. If I have the right to return the product if we are not satisfied with it, I would like to return it immediately. The material used on the metal parts, spoon holders, and cup holders inside the machine does not dry itself so that it can dry the dishes. The Arçelik I bought 20 years ago and used until I bought this was much better quality than this one. We used to throw the jars into the machine, it dries well, and even it comes out wet so that the product put in it does not get wet. I regret it very much.

I appreciated the brand for not ignoring the customer's complaint and doing everything they could by calling and asking. However, my opinion that there is an issue in the production phase has not changed. It was explained that the machines dry using a different method now due to energy savings, rather than the way they used to. But not being able to find the performance of my machine from 20 years ago... It's indescribable.
