My Arçelik dishwasher had a problem with not drying the dishes since the day we bought it, and this problem continued even though I was constantly adding rinse aid and salt. I ignored this problem, I started to dry the dishes while unloading the machine. Then the dishes started to come out of the machine hazy and poorly washed. My dinner knives were rusting after entering the machine, I started not to throw the knives in the machine. Finally, I saw the pot lid and the part of the lid that touches the machine in a serious rust. There was also visible rust on the rails of the upper basket of the machine. It is not acceptable for the inside of the dishwasher, which is a product to be used wet, to rust. Moreover, washing products that are in constant contact with food such as glasses, plates and forks in this rusty environment has caused us great concern in terms of health. In the face of this situation, we contacted the authorized service and a product replacement was requested. (Previously, the water boiler of the Turkish coffee machine was changed several times due to rusting and rusting was repeated, we were exposed to coffees made with this rusty water, we could not open and see the inside of the boiler, so I no longer trust part replacement in these matters). The boiler replacement was recommended by the authorized service, which is to accept a rusting boiler and ignore the previous victimization. Moreover, rust is not the only problem of the machine. I am complaining about Arçelik, my whole house is Arçelik.

Hello, First of all, I cannot access a site in the format of [email protected]. Today, the authorized service came again and it was reviewed once more. The authorized service said they would replace the drum again, and we explained once more that the issue is not just with the drum. We couldn't reach a conclusion again, and I will not choose your brand in the future. I will also replace my dishwasher with a different brand and continue to complain about your defective product on every platform. The problematic Arçelik hood we purchased simultaneously was repaired and brought back by the service 3 times, and in the end, when it wasn't resolved, they had to replace it. However, this time I will not trust you; I will not accept any part replacement or repair until my product is exchanged.

"I appreciated the brand for not ignoring the customer's complaint and doing everything they could by calling and asking. However, my opinion that there is an issue in the production phase has not changed. It was explained that the machines dry using a different method now due to energy savings, rather than the way they used to. But not being able to find the performance of my machine from 20 years ago... It's indescribable."
