New Arçelik Dishwasher Doesn't Dry Dishes - Can I Return It?
"I appreciated the brand for not ignoring the customer's complaint and doing everything they could by calling and asking. However, my opinion that there is an issue in the production phase has not changed. It was explained that the machines dry using a different method now due to energy savings, rather than the way they used to. But not being able to find the performance of my machine from 20 years ago... It's indescribable."
I am not at all satisfied with the new Arçelik dishwasher I bought. The dis...hes are not drying. I carefully unload the dishes with a towel in my hand.
