Arçelik’s Poor AC Installation and Stock Issues

We've been struggling with Arçelik over air conditioners since summer. Dealing with factory schedules and appointments has been a nightmare for around 50 units across three branches. Many units are still out of stock. At our Samsun branch, the installation was botched—an 18,000 BTU unit was replaced with a 12,000 BTU one, and vice versa. We discovered these mistakes only after installation, as the units were installed without verifying. Efforts to rectify the errors were non-existent. We even offered to handle the repairs ourselves, despite it being their fault, but they demanded extra installation fees. Today, more units arrived in Samsun, but a 12,000 BTU unit is missing because it's installed incorrectly elsewhere. There's no resolution or concern from Arçelik. Their response is defensive, despite the floor plans clearly indicating the correct BTU requirements. Expecting us to verify each detail undermines their responsibility as professionals. This oversight left us with inefficient cooling and heating, despite significant investment. We expect Arçelik to correct the installations and replace the misallocated 18,000 and 12,000 BTU units. It's frustrating to see such costly investments mismanaged in this economy.

Arçelik Complaint Line / Selahiye Service First of all, if you are connected to this line, they do not transfer you to another line. If there is a negative notification on this line, you will never know the reason; they only inform you that it is negative. Firstly, Arçelik stands so firmly behind the Selahiye service that they do not investigate the customer's claims or evidence without sufficient research and past reviews. Only 20 air conditioners were installed in the Samsun branch. These air conditioners were installed during the construction phase, and their sales were carried out through the dealer system. 1. Evidence: The dealer started the installation by selling 1 ceiling type, 1 unit of 15000 BTU, 1 unit of 18000 BTU, and 17 units of 12000 BTU. However, what was installed were 1 unit of 18000 BTU (instead of the 15k unit), 17 units of 12000 BTU, and 1 ceiling type. As can be seen, 1 air conditioner is missing, and the place with a 12000 BTU installation is our large room where a 12000 BTU air conditioner is installed. 2. Evidence: In the dwg file transmitted via WhatsApp, it is also stated which clinic will have how many BTU air conditioners. The company can send it, and I can send it too; you will understand from the last modification date who is telling the truth. 3. Evidence: I shared the images from WhatsApp in my initial complaint request. 4. Evidence: In the request I created in November, the service came to make changes for free, but since the new 18k unit did not arrive, we waited for the air conditioner from the dealer and could not make the change. At that time, the complaint created was not deemed unjust in this manner. Due to the part problems conveyed to us by Arçelik, our air conditioners arrived in pieces, and we carried out the transportation ourselves to avoid wasting time. But in the current situation, the only justifiable aspect is the statute of limitations, which again belongs to them, adding a different dimension to the issue. I want the necessary units to investigate the statute of limitations we faced due to the air conditioner problem we have been dealing with for a year. I hope others will report their issues to the necessary units and make them public so people can shop accordingly without further victimization. I also hope Arçelik will review your service inspections. However, the service's misinformation, lying to defend itself without any tangible evidence, insisting that they suggested installing a large unit in one of the biggest rooms, but installing a large air conditioner in a smaller room and having this approved by Arçelik is truly disappointing.
