My Arçelik Air Conditioners Aren’t Cooling and I’m Being Ignored

I recently bought two air conditioners from Arçelik, one with a cooling capacity of 18,000 BTU and the other with 12,000 BTU. I had high hopes that these units would effectively cool down my small rooms. Regrettably, both units are not meeting expectations, resulting in uncomfortably warm rooms. I contacted Arçelik's service team for help, but their response has been very unsatisfactory. They disregarded my concerns without even bothering to conduct a thorough gas test, insisting that there were no problems with the units. Being a loyal customer who has relied on Arçelik for all my home appliances, I must admit that this experience has made me question my decision to choose this brand. I am very unhappy with the level of attention and support I have received from their service team. It is completely unacceptable, and I regret my decision to choose this brand. I strongly encourage Arçelik to step up and take responsibility for finding a solution, as the level of service I received is well below my expectations.
