Arçelik Delivered Defective Air Conditioners and Hasn't Resolved It
A bulk purchase of Arçelik wall-mounted split air conditioners was made for the Faculty of Medicine at Akdeniz University. These air conditioners were installed by an authorized service, but 2 of them had defective outdoor units straight out of the package. Although the headquarters promised a replacement, even after 2 months in this intense Antalya heat, the issue has not been resolved. Why is Arçelik not standing behind its product? The number of air conditioners purchased isn’t just one or two, and while the quantity isn’t the main issue here, experiencing this problem in a university that provides education during the summer heat is incredibly frustrating. We request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. Did Akdeniz University make a mistake by choosing Arçelik?
