Arçelik Delayed Delivery and Installation of My 15325 Inverter AC

Ten days ago, I purchased the Arçelik 15325 A++ Ecological Inverter air conditioner from Arçelik’s official website. My order number is 119204621. I paid ₺38,800 by credit card. However, my product still hasn’t been delivered. The installation address is in the Elazığ Merkez district. Although I purchased the air conditioner in July 2025, the earliest available installation date I was given is September 1, 2025. If you buy an air conditioner from Arçelik, it seems you can only start using it in winter. Throughout this process, I contacted Arçelik customer service multiple times, submitted support tickets, and left notes with the authorized service team. Yet no one has responded or provided a solution. Additionally, I have not received the invoice for my product; they are refusing to issue it and will likely delay it for the full 14-day period. I request that my product be delivered and installed immediately, and that my invoice be sent to me without further delay.

The problem still persists, and no one has responded regarding the issue. The invoice for the product is not being provided; I guess they are waiting for the 14-day right of withdrawal to expire. Arçelik is a disappointment, do not buy it, do not let others buy it!
