My Arçelik water heater broke down in August, so I went two months without hot water. The repair was postponed until October because spare components were not available, which caused me to spend an extra ₺27,000 on other heating alternatives.
I found out that the water heater had a major flaw, which was the cherry on top. A fissure had formed in the inner tank, and it had been ignored for months. The customer care department at Arçelik offered to dispatch a technician after I contacted them, but the only location that could be considered was the service center in Bakırköy, where I had been left for sixty days without hot water before.
