Arçelik Water Heater Failure and Faulty Product



I'm writing to convey my profound disappointment with the Arçelik brand, which has resulted in significant hassle and financial setbacks for me. My Arçelik water heater broke down in August, so I went two months without hot water. The repair was postponed until October because spare components were not available, which caused me to spend an extra ₺27,000 on other heating alternatives.
I found out that the water heater had a major flaw, which was the cherry on top. A fissure had formed in the inner tank, and it had been ignored for months. The customer care department at Arçelik offered to dispatch a technician after I contacted them, but the only location that could be considered was the service center in Bakırköy, where I had been left for sixty days without hot water before.
