Arçelik Double Door Refrigerator Kept Leaking Water and Was Not Replaced

About a year and a half ago, I purchased an Arçelik double-door refrigerator with an adjustable shelf in the lower section and Wi-Fi connectivity for my address in Bağcılar, Istanbul. Two to three weeks after buying it, the refrigerator began constantly leaking water, and this problem still continues to the point where even my carpets get soaked. I have contacted Arçelik customer service and technical support many times to resolve the issue, but each service team that came delayed me for about three months. I requested a replacement, yet no exchange was made, and I was not even informed that my request had been rejected. Most recently, when I called customer service again, I was told that my complaint record did not appear in the system. Although my product is still under warranty, I request that my grievance be resolved and that my refrigerator be replaced.

I received a call from Arçelik customer service, we talked, I explained my issue again and stated my request for an exchange. They said they would report it to the necessary authorities. I am waiting for a response. I will write the results here. Hopefully, Arçelik will stand behind its defective product and accept the exchange.

I will never buy an Arçelik product again, their old quality and glorious days are gone. Their service, customer support, and standing behind their faulty products are all just stories. I've been having problems since I bought it, I can't even put a carpet in the kitchen anymore. I'm fed up, I've had enough, I will replace my refrigerator with another brand.
