Arçelik Washing Machine Rusted and Leaked Water After 2 Months Away

After returning from a 2-month vacation, I discovered that the left side of my Arçelik washing machine had rusted, and my bathroom was flooded. The hose at the back of the machine was leaking, which not only caused water damage but also rusted the interior of the machine.

Since 6 AM, I’ve been cleaning up the mess caused by this malfunction. This machine is only 5 years old, and yet part of it has already rusted—unacceptable for a relatively new appliance!

I won’t be contacting a service center; instead, I want to see how Arçelik handles this situation. I demand immediate resolution and compensation for this issue. Arçelik, please address this promptly!
