Arçelik Failed to Change My Refrigerator Door Due to Missing and Wrong Parts

We bought a refrigerator and a dishwasher from the Arçelik store in Aydın/Didim. When they brought the refrigerator to our house, they said, "This door is too small; the fridge won't fit. You'll need to choose a smaller one," and they ended up hitting the fridge against the stair railing. Now, the refrigerator is showing an exclamation mark and giving an error. We followed the instructions from customer service, but it didn’t fix the issue. After contacting them again, they sent technicians who dismantled the freezer section and told us the fan motor was faulty, so they ordered a replacement part. I requested a replacement for the fridge, but because of that request, the technician left without installing the part. While the Arçelik Istanbul region approved a replacement, the Izmir region denied it, saying it should be repaired instead.
If it's going to be repaired, why can’t it be done in my house? The technician mentioned that the fan motor might not be faulty when they return, and they also mentioned something about needing to "add gas" and send the fridge to the factory. Is it the fan motor or something else? It seems they don’t even know what the actual problem is. What will they do with the fridge once they take it away? For around 15 days, the refrigerator has been malfunctioning, and the technicians keep coming and leaving, treating us poorly both in person and over the phone. You’d think they were doing us a favor out of charity. We paid for this product and yet are being treated terribly. I regret buying from Arçelik—it has been a humiliating experience. I urge the responsible authorities to solve this issue.
